1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on KO777, accessing the platform through a web browser or the KO777 mobile app, or placing any bet or wager on any game or sports market offered by ko777, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all players accessing ko777 from Pakistan and cover all activities on the platform — sports betting, fish games, live casino, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and VIP participation. Using the platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms, whether or not you have read them in full.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

KO777 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. KO777 reserves the right to ask for proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.

You must be a real individual person — not a corporation, trust or automated agent — to hold a KO777 account. Accounts registered in the name of a business entity, on behalf of another person, or using falsified identity information are not permitted and will be closed without notice.

By registering, you also confirm that you are not on any self-exclusion list and that using online gaming platforms is not restricted under any personal court order or formal agreement that applies to you.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on KO777. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different phone numbers, email addresses, device IDs or payment methods — are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are detected, ko777 may close all related accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password or PIN with anyone, including friends or family members. KO777 will not be responsible for unauthorised access to your account that results from you sharing your credentials or failing to log out on a shared device.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact KO777 support immediately via live chat. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. KO777 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or in connection with large account activity. You agree to provide accurate documents when requested.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances, deposits and withdrawals on KO777 are handled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section at the time of your transaction.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. Ko777 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges — check with your wallet provider for details.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM PKT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after that time or on weekends are processed the following business day. VIP members receive priority processing regardless of submission time.

Please note: KO777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Your deposit source must match the name on your KO777 account. Deposits from unverified or mismatched accounts may be returned and your account reviewed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

KO777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and special event promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be played through before it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements for each offer are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus wallet. Winnings generated from bonus funds are transferred to your real-money balance once wagering requirements have been fully met. If you choose to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited — only the original deposited amount (where still available) will be paid out.

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through matched betting using duplicate accounts, coordinated play or any other technique designed to extract value without genuine participation constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension. Ko777 uses automated monitoring to detect unusual patterns and will act where abuse is identified.

  • Each bonus offer applies once per player, household, device and IP address unless stated otherwise.
  • Ko777 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of standard wagering completion.

6 Sports Betting Rules

KO777 offers sports betting markets on Cricket (including PSL, international T20 and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other sports listed in the Sports section. All bets are placed at the odds shown at the time of confirmation. Odds can change before confirmation — the final odds shown on your bet slip at the moment you confirm are the odds that apply.

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and are shown on the bet placement screen. Ko777 reserves the right to limit stakes on any market or for any player at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

For cricket markets, in the event of a match being abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result (as per official match rules), all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. For PSL matches specifically, ko777 follows the official PSL Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules for rain-affected matches when settling weather-interrupted games.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended during critical moments such as wickets, injuries or VAR reviews. Bets placed just before a suspension may be voided at ko777's discretion if the outcome was clearly known at the time of placement.

Any bet placed based on information obtained through match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider knowledge or any other form of corrupt activity will be voided and the account permanently banned. Ko777 cooperates with relevant sporting integrity bodies where appropriate.

7 Fish Games & Live Casino

Fish shooting games and live casino titles on KO777 operate under standard game rules displayed within each title. All game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real dealers following documented game procedures. Ko777 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Technical malfunctions in fish games or live casino sessions — such as disconnections during a game round — are handled as follows: if a round is incomplete due to a technical fault on ko777's side, your stake for that round will be returned. If a disconnection occurs on your side (e.g., poor mobile data coverage), the round outcome stands as recorded by ko777's servers.

Fish game cannon upgrades and in-game purchases are final once confirmed. Ko777 does not offer refunds on in-game purchases except where a technical error on our side is confirmed. Contact support within 24 hours if you believe an error has occurred.

8 VIP Programme

The KO777 VIP programme consists of multiple tiers — including Gold, Diamond and Elite — awarded based on cumulative betting activity over rolling monthly periods. Tier qualification thresholds and the benefits associated with each tier are published in the VIP section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited to your account every Monday morning. VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority and exclusive bonuses — apply only to the tier you are currently in at the time of the relevant period. Dropping below a tier's threshold in a given month will result in adjustment to the lower tier at the next review date.

VIP status and associated benefits cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another account. Ko777 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit values or programme rules with reasonable notice to active VIP members.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KO777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

  • Creating or using more than one account on the platform.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches or pricing mistakes to generate unfair profit.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino or multiplayer environments.
  • Providing false identity information or using another person's payment method.
  • Attempting to launder money or use ko777 for any financially illegal purpose.
  • Threatening, harassing or abusing KO777 support staff or other platform users.
  • Placing bets using information derived from corrupt or fixed sporting events.

Zero tolerance policy: Accounts found in serious violation — including fraud, money laundering or match-fixing involvement — will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities where legally required. All associated winnings will be voided.

10 Responsible Gaming

KO777 is committed to making sure that gaming on our platform remains an enjoyable and controlled activity. We provide practical tools in your account settings to help you manage your play — including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available at any time and take effect within 24 hours of activation.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming more than entertainment — that you are spending beyond your means, missing responsibilities or feeling anxious when not playing — please use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings or reach out to our support team. Ko777 takes these situations seriously and will process self-exclusion requests promptly.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

KO777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where we are required to act by legal obligation.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete. Ko777 aims to complete standard investigations within 10 business days. You will be notified of the outcome by the contact details on your account.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of your closure request being confirmed.

12 Limitation of Liability

KO777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions or technical faults.

KO777 is not liable for losses arising from: platform downtime during live betting events, third-party payment delays outside of ko777's control, loss of data due to device failure on the player's side, or decisions made by the player based on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error (such bets will be voided).

Our total liability to any individual player in connection with a specific incident is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

13 Privacy & Data

KO777 collects and processes player data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this platform. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In brief: we collect registration details, device and session data, payment information and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, customer support and platform improvement. 14 Changes to These Terms

KO777 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
